Sweet Bon operates on a tile-based match-3 grid system where players swap adjacent candy pieces to create horizontal or vertical matches of three or more identical items. The core algorithm tracks chain reactions: when a match clears, gravity pulls remaining candies downward, potentially triggering cascading combos that multiply your score exponentially.
The game introduces special candy types through specific match patterns. Matching four candies in a line generates a striped candy that clears entire rows or columns when activated. Five-candy L-shaped or T-shaped matches produce wrapped candies that explode in a 3x3 radius. Matching five candies in a straight line creates a color bomb that eliminates all candies of one type from the board simultaneously.
Each of the 500+ levels presents unique objectives beyond simple score targets: collect specific candy types within move limits, break through multi-layer chocolate blockers, defuse candy bombs before their countdown expires, or guide ingredients to the bottom of the board through portals and conveyor mechanics. The difficulty curve adjusts dynamically based on your performance, introducing obstacles like licorice locks, frosting layers, and candy spawners that require strategic power-up placement to overcome.
Progress through carefully designed puzzle stages spanning multiple candy worlds. Each environment introduces distinct visual themes and exclusive obstacle types, from chocolate fountains that regenerate blockers to teleport portals that redirect falling candies across the board.
Merge special candies together to trigger devastating hybrid effects. Combine two striped candies to clear both a full row and column simultaneously. Pair a wrapped candy with a striped one to create three massive line clears. Detonate two color bombs together to obliterate the entire board in one spectacular chain reaction.
Return each day to tackle time-limited puzzle scenarios that test specific skills. Complete challenges to earn exclusive boosters, extra moves, and currency multipliers. Streak bonuses reward consecutive daily participation with escalating rewards that accelerate progression.
Collect and deploy pre-game boosters that modify level conditions before your first move.
